• Oversee the project management processes and ensure adherence to industry best practices and methodologies.
• Develop and implement Enterprise Architecture solutions that address Infrastructure, Technology, and Application requirements.
• Lead projects that involve significant organizational change management, collaborating with stakeholders from various departments.
• Ensure the timely delivery of projects within scope and budget, meeting the expectations of both the organization and clients.
• Create and manage detailed project documentation, plans, and reports to track progress and ensure successful project outcomes.

Your Requirement:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management within IT environments. Must have led at least three (3) successful projects comparable in scale to State of Maryland enterprise-wide implementations.
• A solid track record of at least five (5) years in designing Enterprise Architecture and at least three (3) years in managing significant organizational change management projects.
• Certifications: Must possess PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. ITIL certification is highly desirable.
• Skills: Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Proficient in using PMBoK methodologies and producing relevant artifacts.
